What do I look for in your business?

Before suggesting what you should post, I look at what is holding your business back.

01

Where do customers stop?

They see your ad but never enquire? Ask for the price, then disappear? We examine where the journey stalls and what needs to change in your offer, your message or the way you reach them.

02

Why should they choose you?

What makes you the right choice among competitors? We identify the value that matters to your customer and turn it into clear positioning and a message they understand—and a reason to choose you.

03

What deserves your budget?

Plenty of ideas. Limited time and budget. I help you set priorities: what to start, what to postpone and how to tell whether the work is moving you closer to your goal.

Looking for someone to post for you? That’s not this service.

Execution without a plan
is just noise.

A post on Sunday. A reel on Tuesday. Then what?
We start with the question that matters: what does your business actually need?

Enquiries without orders? Offers squeezing your margin? Content with no clear impact? We start with the question your business needs answered.

YOUR STARTING POINT

Find the problem.
Know your next move.

A business diagnosis with Sami, followed by a clear plan for your first 30 days. Know what to change, what comes first, and how to move forward.

What do we review together?

We connect the parts of your business and focus the session on the most important sticking points, based on your situation and the information available.

  • Your offer and pricing
  • Your customer and positioning
  • Content and advertising
  • Enquiries and buying journey
  • Available numbers

Start with the questionnaire. Then choose an available day and time, and complete secure payment to confirm your session.

ONE SESSION. A CLEAR NEXT STEP.
  • Review of your questionnaire and business link before we meet.
  • 60 minutes online with Sami to identify your three priorities.
  • A tailored 2–3-page plan for the first 30 days, delivered within two business days after the session: actions, priorities, responsibilities and progress measures.
  • One reply to your collected questions to clarify the plan.

Choose an available time in the website calendar. After payment is confirmed, your invitation and meeting link arrive by email.

You or your team carry out the plan. Detailed market research, implementation and ongoing support are not included in this session.

FROM CONVERSATION TO ACTION

Leave knowing
where to start.

We identify your three priorities and turn them into a plan for the first 30 days: clear actions, defined responsibilities and a way to review progress.

Marketing lead with customer service.
Timing
By the end of the second week.

Compare recurring questions and conversion with the previous period, accounting for enquiry sources.
DAYS 15–30Review and choose the next step

Owner
Business owner and their team.
Timing

To building together.

From Sami Fattah’s desk · Toronto

Twenty years.
Behind the camera.
In business.

I started in media. Through my experience with Al Arabiya, MBC, Sky News and ZDF, I learned a lesson that stayed with me: you have seconds to capture attention. But what happens after you get it? That is the business question.

In 2014, my wife Dina and I founded iMart in Jordan, then continued our journey in Canada. We worked with restaurants, brands and international organisations. I filmed, produced and built campaigns. I learned how ideas connect with customers, marketing with sales, and plans with execution.

Your feed can be full while your sales stand still.
My job is to help you understand why—and decide what needs to change.

Turn uncertainty into decisions

Every step
has a purpose.

Know what we will do.
Why. And how we will review it.

Start with the facts

Read the numbers.

Sales, prices, margins and where customers come from. We examine the available data and identify what is missing, grounding decisions in your business.

Know where to start looking for the problem.
A reason to choose you

Find your position.

Who buys? What matters to them? What do competitors offer? We find your opportunity and define the value customers should see in your business.

Know your customer. Show your value.
Give the work a direction

Write the plan.

Set priorities, messages and channels. Define the actions, owners, timing and measures of progress. Give your team a clear route to follow.

Know what to do tomorrow—and why.
What actually changed?

Review the impact.

Review the work against enquiries, orders and sales, using the available data. Decide what to keep testing and what to adjust, rather than repeating activity on autopilot.

Let what we learn guide the next decision.

For the owner thinking about their business every day

This message
is for you.

Let’s make sure this is right for you

Is this what
you need?

Can I benefit if my numbers are not organised?

We start with what you have: your business link, social accounts, examples of content and enquiries, and any sales or spending figures you can share. We identify what those tell us and what still needs measuring. Clearer information leads to more precise recommendations; assumptions are not treated as confirmed findings.

I already have a marketer or agency. Is this for me?

Yes, if you need a clearer direction for the work being done. We review the goal, message and priorities, and the plan becomes a reference you can discuss with your marketer or agency. Implementation and account management stay with you or your team.

Will you post and manage my social accounts?

This consulting work builds the direction your team follows: the customer, message, priorities and execution plan. If you only need a monthly package of posts, this is not the service offered here.

Is working with you right for my business?

If you run an established business, pay for marketing and still have questions you cannot answer, we have something to discuss. I work with owners ready to share information, examine decisions and take action. My experience spans restaurants, products and services; the fit depends on your challenge.

What will I get from the engagement?

The diagnosis includes 60 minutes with Sami, three key priorities, and a tailored 2–3-page action plan for your first 30 days, delivered within two business days after the session. It also includes one reply to your collected clarification questions. You or your team carry out the actions. Detailed market research, a broader roadmap and ongoing guidance are separately scoped and priced.

How do we start, and what does it cost?

Start by completing the questionnaire. After you send your answers, you’ll see the session price in US dollars and can choose to pay securely through Stripe. Choose an available day and time in the website calendar, shown in your time zone. After payment is confirmed, your invitation and meeting link arrive by email. Use the same email for the questionnaire and payment. The questionnaire alone does not confirm payment or a session time. Check the final amount and currency at checkout; your bank may charge conversion fees.
